A Map to Success
When Lisa’s career life seemed to be coming apart at the seams, she and her mentor had to come up with a map that will take her out of the doldrums. It was time for a plan. Lisa decided she would: seek opportunities to become more active within professional associations both to grow her network and gain experience in other areas. The common pattern is that clarity is seen as something that is bestowed from the outside in, that it’s something God, the universe, or the world at large has the power to grant you — or that it’s an accident in some way. Some people get lucky; others don’t.
